1. It’s always weird when you run into people from High School who are now working at your gym and didn’t finish college.
2. It’s weird running into the owner of the gym who happens to be the father one of the people you had gone to school with since Pre-K and haven’t talked to since high school graduation.

This new diet/eating plan thing I’m on says that I need to have 4 shakes and 2 bars everyday…I can’t do that.
I’m supposed to eat every 3-31/2 hours, and so far today I’ve only had 2 shakes and a bar and I need to have 2 more shakes and another bar…that’s totally not going to happen. Yesterday I was only able to get in 3 shakes and 1 bar. Idk, this is just fucked up.
